hile I was away on a chorus tour and trip of a lifetime this past summer, my husband and co- conspirator decided to start on a project to move the garage over by several feet and raise it up in the air to make a second floor. I was quite surprised by this project on my return and especially to learn that he wanted me to have the second floor as a new studio space. Since I already had a space in our next door attic, I was surprised and even skeptical about it. But….its real and its lovely and just needs a few more amenities such as track lights, shelves, tables, etc..My old space was very good to me, but it’s time for a change. I’m extremely grateful.
